Develop into what? He’s played qb for 6 years now and is dogwater.
Young man seems to be hustling backwards?Streeter talking about how we should have kept him around and given him more time to develop. Been two years and he’s developed from a Miami backup QB to a UCF backup QB![]()
When was that? High school? He never showed a single glimpse of being a halfway decent quarterback.Jacurri looked like he had a future.
No he didn’t….what games were you watching? He ******* sucked here.We have had some really highly recruited busts over the years at QB haven't we? I mean everyone does but we've piled quite a few up. Jacurri looked like he had a future. But at this stage I'd actually rather have Emory as the backup.
He had his moments his freshman year. He did what cam couldn't even do.. beat GT.When was that? High school? He never showed a single glimpse of being a halfway decent quarterback.
Much like Richardson they both have all the athleticism in the world but never have they shown to play quarterback well.
Nah, he didn't. His freshman year highlight tape is him running the ball and throwing screen passes. He had his moments his freshman year. He did what cam couldn't even do.. beat GT.

He was used as a situational runner and complained about it and then all the racism crowd jumped in.Not every HS QB with off-the-charts athleticism can refine their passing game enough to become Lamar Jackson, but good luck convincing them of that.
If he was insistent on being a QB, his best bet was to go to a place like Arkansas at the time, because even at UCF, what they run requires him to be a QB first and make throws between the 20s.
At Miami, his best use would have been as a situational RZ QB the year Van Dyke came unglued and Emory stepped in, thinking of the NCSU and FSU game specifically.
If he was serious about long-term football success at a "major" program, and possibly the NFL, he would have been learning to play X/SE. I know people say TE, but I don't see him taking to the blocking game much, which would be a necessity here with our tight split, Bro ball running game.
Lol….the ****** nerve you have. Go away for all of us.He had his moments his freshman year. He did what cam couldn't even do.. beat GT.

I like how you mention him doing what Cam didn't.
Imagine sitting down, calling yourself a Hurricanes fan, and disparaging Cam Ward, our best QB in the last 20+ years if not ever, for the sake of propping up Jacurri ******* Brown for beating a team that went 5-7.
That's vile.

I'll delete this comment for you if you repent. He had his moments his freshman year. He did what cam couldn't even do.. beat GT.
