"The vibe was unreal. It was definitely the most hype and intense game I've been to," said Curry. "Every aspect, from the recruit pregame events to being there immersed in the excitement from the fans, was unforgettable."
"They looked great," added Curry of the Hurricanes. "They played with intensity and dominated all night.
"Mohamed Toure really stood out to me," continued Curry. "He's a hard-hitting physical playmaker."
"I thought that Miami proved to be an elite, disciplined team," added Curry. "I've talked a lot of defense with Coach Hetherman, and it was great to see everything in action. I was very impressed."
As of this point, Curry plans to be back in town again soon, either for a game day visit or a trip to campus. Up next, he'll head to Oklahoma for a game day visit on September 20. As a junior, Curry racked up 101 total tackles as a junior. He recently decommitted from
Northwestern and is strongly considered a few programs, including
Baylor,
Oklahoma, and of course, Miami.
