Your'e right he could very well develop into a great HC im just saying most Canes fans would've been out with pitchforks had we hired Lashlee after the Manny Diaz era

I was probably one of the bigger Lashlee critics here. If Mario had performed like Lashlee to date, then he would have a parade. Doing less with more vs doing more with less.

A new administration doesn't mean they know what they are doing.

Time will tell as far as final results, but that same new administration you are touting hired a first time HC, from a failed regime, for our blue blood baseball program and all he did was lead UM baseball to it's worst season in 70+ years in his 1st season.

They followed that up by hiring another 1st time HC for our basketball program.

While we need to see the end results, nobody would tell you these were good hires if they were being honest. So the new admin hasn't earned the right not to be questioned with the recent hires thus far.

I think the program, overall, in totality, is in infinitely better shape than it was when Mario got here. And a lot of that is just due to the influx of support, no doubt. But we literally don't have it if Mario isn't here, so that's part of his deal.

Just win this league this year. Please. For the love of ******* god.

Truthfully, I don't know if I can say we were just as good. On paper we should roll them, but we struggled game in and game out during the season, lost 3 our last 4, all while having the best QB in the country and a once every 10 year offense. So while on paper we were better, I don't know if we actually beat them last year H2H.

We are all entitled to our opinion, but I don't believe Mario can build what I as a fan want to see at UM. Again, all the data points to Mario being an underachiever. The HC that does less with more. And considering he will never be able to recruit at the level of the top 3-4 programs in the country, as he literally has never proven he can even recruit at a top 5 level, we simply will not have the talent and also have a massive deficiency in coaching.

And my expectations are competing for and winning NCs. I don't care what happened the last 20 years. We invested in the program like we are a top 5 program, so I expect the results of prior to the last 20 years.

Making the ACCG in year 4, when you have the most expensive staff and biggest NIL in the ACC by far (top 7 in the country) is simply a joke. We should expect nothing less than an ACC Championship and playoff appearance this year. Anything less is an absolute failure. As IMO, it should have happened last year and it didn't. We have a far tougher schedule and some definite holes on this team and unproven pieces. Clemson is going to be much better this year.

With all of that being said, I am with you on just ******* win. 20+ years in the ACC without an ACC title is just miserable.

Who hired Manny Diaz? The fact that this investment thingy in Miami football is dependent on who the **** THEY hire is a set up of failure like I’ve never seen

D$ puts out a video mentioning an updated on Cantwell. I come here to what it might be since I cannot watch the video at work to find 4 pages rehashing does Mario suck as a coach or not.
