I used to work at Arthrex. Unfortunately its a pretty terrible job with limited upward mobility. He wont be able to make over 100k unless he leaves for a different company.

The good news is that he’ll be able to parlay this experience into a much better role at a different company once he puts his time in.

Even if he doesn’t start out making six figures, he’s going to be close to it. And either a car or car allowance, and the benefits of course. A job like this will show future employers that you can sell in a technical environment. Technical medical sales for someone with a couple or so years of experience or more, you can easily go into the 150s, with tons of perks. But you have to work hard and be effective.

So right after school, a job close to six figures, with a potential in a few years to be making close to 200 K, that degree and football player on the resume really helps. In business anyway.
