Well that looks tasty my friend.
Wild Fork. Lots of locations in south Florida. Everything is flash frozen so you need to plan ahead. They have choice, black angus and prime.Where do y’all South Floridians get your brisket from? Ever since Costco stopped carrying USDA Prime I haven’t been able to find decent affordable brisket.

I don’t mind shredded chicken, it’s a little more choppy to my pallet, but for whatever reason I just never liked shredded beef...Come over to the house, my wife will make you some that will make you change your mind

Too stringy I guess lol
Yuengling came out with a Yuengling Golden Pilsner ... that in my opinion is their best beer overall. A legit German style pilsner ... really well done. What da Fvvk is with all this yuengling?
Wouldn't Ropa Vieja made with ground beef be very similar to a Texas version of Chili (no beans)? One of the things I miss most since moving out of Miami is the Latin Food .... Cuban dishes (Boliche, ropa vieja, maduros fritos) and the Peruvian restaurants with legit outstanding Ceviche Peruano. My fiancé is making Ropa Vieja, but with ground beef instead of shredded.

Sounds much more like kicked up picadillo than ropa vieja. That’s basically what it is...
It’s just Beef cooked with onions, garlic, bell peppers, paprika, oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, tomatoes, cilantro, lime & some more spices depending on how you may like certain flavors, served over Rice, either White or Arroz Rojo with Maduros & whatever other side dish of your choosing.
