Cristobal said he learned the blueprint for how to run a program from Saban and that if you watched a Bama practice and an Oregon practice, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. That is how you instill excellence and discipline into a program.

Mario ain’t coming here to run **** like that the administration will not allow it!!! I would be willing to bet!!
 
I actually feel bad for the players, really across all three of the major men's sports, for being sold on the idea that Miami's administration cares and will put them in a position to be successful, when it has become inarguable that that is far from the truth.

The players suck. Who are we kidding. The coaching is lackluster but every one of the guys are trash. Not a single guy would start on a top 5 team.

OL sucks. RB suck. QB sucks. TE is beyond trash. Rambo is good and everyone else sucks.

DL sucks. LB sucks. Safety position SO ******* BAD

Why do you feel bad. Not a single one of these mother****ers is worth a ****. They are getting a $200k free education for being TERRIBLE
 
Huh? Players should be blamed. Make the same mistakes over and over some of them.

Fact is, blame goes all the way around; coaches and players.
 
If it’s systemic, it’s on the head coach. This is the same show on repeat every Saturday. The players don’t make plays when their number is called, but the fundamentals and skill to make those plays doesn’t exist because it isn’t being taught well

This does not exist anywhere. Players don’t teach themselves to play fundamentally sound football.

Our hardest working guys ***** up too.

Coaching isn’t everything. It’s the only thing. 18-23 year old males don’t just spontaneously perform well as a group. They have to be properly trained and lead.

10-80-10 reigns supreme. Always has and always will.
