Smoke and mirrors. Nothing will change.

4) Screen PassHow hard is it to remember:
1. Hand ball off
2. Slant
3. 4 verts
As we know by now as UM fans, coaches are far from infallible in their roster evaluations. This is the same Rick who signed guys like Park and Ramsey and Bauta at QB instead of Deshaun Watson and Cam Newton.
Trust me, when Nkosi starts you guys will be praising the playcalling and playbook.
Idgaf if your bill walsh. you cant make Throwsier Gameaway look good

Most intelligent post I've read in a while. This reminds me of 1999, when Kenny Kelly was the QB we ran a ton of what I dubbed 'Coker-T' as it featured one WR out wide(and this team had Santana Moss and Reggie Wayne) would go two TE"s and two backs. It was insane. But really that was really a reflection of Kelly. I hated it, it was the worst way to play with the type of WR's Miami had.
All of a sudden this kid from California comes in and by the end of the year, we're running much more diverse sets and looking like a real offense. Guy was making pre-snap reads and checks, too. There's a reason why Butch made it pretty clear that going into 2000 that Dorsey would have a shot at the starting job and Kelly took his baseball and glove and went to Tampa
You run what your QB is capable off

EXACTLY. guys think Richt cant employ and teach any of the crap these other gimmicky coaches teach. Trust me, he can.
Hes going to continue to run the same **** plays he always does with Rosier because thats all he can do.
Tired of seeing 4 verts? hand off up the middle, and Qb run?
Wait till Nkosi hits the field.
This is something I just can't get past. The entire offensive staff have had more than 8 months to evaluate the quarterback play, which led them to decide that MR should have been the starter. Then, after exactly one practice (today), all of a sudden the young guys have gotten good enough to throw them out there and let them sink or swim? I feel like I'm living in an effing alternate universe.
Maybe I just don't read between lines very well. Is coach saying that nobody was good enough to play against LSU but now that we're past that game, there's nobody on our schedule for the next few weeks that will provide enough of a challenge to keep the young guys off the field?
Their dumbThere it is.
Our coaches ain't blind.
Even if he's not that guy yet, obviously being buried on the depth chart has not humbled him to the point where he thinks that will make a difference. Maybe he needs to get hit in the mouth on Saturdays for that to come out?Number one concern I have with Kosi is not his arm talent. He checks that box. But is he a 'first in(the building) last out' type of guy? Because at this level this is what your QB has to be. I was told some stuff about him coming in that he was a bit lacking in this regard, being a grinder who was really disciplined(both on and off the field) as a major college QB. Hopefully he has grown in this aspect.
One of the underlying problems with Rosier is that he came to UM with aspirations of eventually being a baseball player, not a QB and to me, that wasn't going to fly. He just isn'a true 'football guy' and you might be able to get away with that at other positions but not QB
Where Richt has to be better is understanding that for now, he doesn't have Stafford or any of those really good Olines he had at UGA and with that he has to adjust to his personnel better

Yes. But it’s a chance you have to take at this point. Otherwise, he’s going to lose the team and kill recruiting. Is it possible for Perry/Weldon/Williams to be worse than Rosier?
