....for somebody that constantly says this phrase....why is he so ******* stubborn to change what isn't working?

Because he isn't forced to by his boss. No pressure or fear. Clearly Al believes in his product and until he is told that he needs to improve or will be fired he will continue to press it down our players throats.
 
Al is playing the world's largest game of whack-a-mole with this team.

He fixes one part of it one week, and then four more problems pop up.
 
if he were a true leader he'd Fire Himself..

Every aspect of the game is his responsibility, and he's done a miserable job..

Everyone loses from time to time, but when your Team doesn't show up and gets Beat from an Inferior team, that's inexcusable...

Because he doesn't KNOW what works? That's what makes a bad coach a bad coach. He doesn't know how to run a successful program.

It's not like I can stop being stubborn and go randomly operate on a patient one day. I have no idea what the **** I'm doing. Neither does he.
