He had the smarts, humility and flexibility to admit his all-star staff of 2022 had failed. Miserably.
He didn't play stubborn and double down. instead, he made the changes fast and he changed to guys with maybe not the big names and maybe not exactly what he has done in the past but he made the changes. He made the right ones.
I wonder how many programs can tonight say they have two better coordinators?
