I will never accept this. Not until Im 6ft under. If Richt can't do it get him the fxck out of here. I will never admit this.
 
I realize after Golden that we are over for goid. No more NC or being top dogs. But Ritch come goid recruiting but at the ebd is even worse. Bad coaching, bad development, players are basically in a revolt. This is year 3 and honestly we are like back to the Golden ages but with a worst offense
 
Pretty much. We'd have to hire a coach that's the smartest guy in the room. We didn't do that.

Richt is a defeated man who in my opinion can't get Georgia out of his mind. CMR needs to hire a bad *** OC or he needs to retire. Searles needs to GTFOH!
 
We have plenty of money. The CEO of Lennar homes, CEO of Royal freaking Caribbean, founder and pioneer of call center business (Dave Epstein) billionaire to name a few. Butch unfortunately wasn't an option and Richt was the fallback. Plenty on the BOT wanted Butch. 2 of the 3 I named above wanted Butch.

Ok. Then go pay for a top notch staff. This isn’t it.
 
They are paying the $. Richt handpicked his offensive staff and only ones worth a **** are Dugans, Hartley and Brown as RB coach, not game planner.

Butch could spot talent a mile away

Miami has to make SMART hires of innovators to get an edge.

Rick brings absolutely nothing to the table.

LOL - if we have the money - go hire Briles and pay him more $$$ than the $EC is going to pay him.

As another poster pointed out, the BOT won't touch Briles even though he hasn't done anything wrong. Kiffin has rehabbed his image enough and is a savage.

Please note by “savage”, I mean failure at every real HC position.
 
It’s been over since our choices for new HC were Randy Edsall and Al Golden.

We’re a renovation project. And we need an expert at rehab, or a young gun with something to prove.

Back to back losses to UVA and BC is embarrassing. I don’t care if they were both road games.

You have no idea what a good coach looks like, do you? JJ was coming off an 8-4 season. Erickson was 9-3 when we hired him. No doubt the BOT thinks like you and will hire another vanilla coach so we can be stuck in perpetual mediocrity. Kiffin knows how to coach. The youngest HC in NFL history. He did some dumb things to get sent to purgatory. He is the undervalued type of coach that gets Miami back to being Miami without having to dump a truckload of dollars.
