It’s Monday... someone needs to lose their job

Out of respect for the kids, you need a playcaller. If keeping Enos temporarily increases the chance of winning Saturday, you shouldn’t fire him today. That’s a basic business decision. So, if you fire him, I think plays do get worse. Williams seems easily thrown off. That would be bad. I actually would like to win. I don’t cheer against my school. Love my school too much for that.

All I see this loss assuring is assistant coach firings. At least it SHOULD be... IDK if Manny goes because of all the reasons already mentioned but there needs to be sone blood spilt after the season.
 
You fire Enos and/or Baker. Who are the realistic options to replace them. I also don’t see any moves made until (1) after the duke game or (2) after the bowl game

🤣🤣🤣 been a reader for a while just never was worked up enough to share my 2 cents. Trust me I know. I’m a manny doubter as well but it’s hard to make a final decision on him based on 11 months of his career. BUT I was at least hoping for some sort of consistent progress. It’s 1 step forward 2 steps back. I truly think Manny needs coordinators that are more like him. Fiery and passionate not these guys that are all X and Os and very “smart”. But how do we know the problem is with manny if we don’t see him with another coordinator? You know?
 
Manny’s doomed. Man whole *** back tracked on his offensive philosophy from the off-season.

As its been said on here many times the problem with Manny scapgoating his staff by firing someone is no quality assistant or coordinator is going to leave where he's at to come to Miami to work for a lame duck coach. Theres no job security here for anyone so the school is better off cleaning house and getting rid of everyone include Flake James so its a complete overhaul. You would have to be a complete idiot to leave your current job to work under Manelo knowing you will most likely be unemployed again within 12 months.

I don't disagree but couldn't the same have been said about Ed O at LSU after he lost to Troy and the whole Matt Canada fiasco? I will admit that I have little knowledge of LSUs current OC or where he came from but, as we've said for many many years, it just takes one guy......

They are absolutely clueless when it comes to UM football. They basically target the casual fan.

It's like the idiot wheel keeps turning round and round. Uh, Manny, isn't it your job to make sure the players give full effort and are prepared? It's like the team takes a 2 week vacation during every bye week.

He was stupid enough to think Dan Enos was cutting edge. I don't trust him to replace Enos with anyone better. Just as I don't trust Blake James to replace Diaz with someone better. We are done.

The truth is that when James hired Manny, most of the quality assistants were off the market. If I recall well Enos was the next to last guy on the Bama staff. That excuse will not fly this year. Manny is on the clock. Step one is to fire Enos, Baker and Rumph.
