In all honesty, we have bigger needs in other areas that can better be addressed with that scholly. We need DB, OL and DT help pretty badly..

We have a talented group right now and Irvin Jr. is coming in as well.
Tight end group will be fairly young outside of dobard however njoku could leave if he ha a monster year next season

lol....and you must be "that guy" that thinks anyone who acknowledges our needs are bigger in other areas can only do so by downplaying a kid's talent. Yeah, I guess it's foolish to actually try to use our remaining, limited schollies to try to address depleted areas of our roster. You sound like you're a graduate of the Corch Shannon School of Uneven Recruiting...

lol, I knew it wouldn't take long. This is what happens when a program has been neutered for more than a decade. 5* beast who will be in the league in 3 years.....nah, we dont need him. Like if he had picked Miaimi, most everyone in here wouldn't be tryin to give him their number and flirt with him on FB like ya'll usually do. Yea lets save that scholly for some 3* "ATH" out of Booker who looks like he got aids and cant remember the plays. GTFOH. Would have loved to have him on board, no ifs ands or buts about it.

Yeah, and a year or 2 down the road, when we are getting are **** pushed in on both lines because we don't have the talent or depth in those areas I'm sure you won't be complaining about our deficiencies there. I guess if we don't get Nauta that, of course, HAS to mean that that scholly will automatically have to be used on a JAG and would be impossible to use on a stud at a position of need, right?
 
Didn't we lose two commits over the prospect of him committing? If true, that sucks.

no there's no indication that those two leaving had anything to do with him. One left for basketball and the other was wavering the last few weeks and was bound to happen
 
Smart kid. Bama, Michigan, and UGA churn out way more TE's to the NFL than Miami. I mean honestly, have we ever put a decent TE in the league?
