How many FAMU fans were in attendance?

62,000 ....almost completely full!!!!

Great atmosphere and great turn out!!!!

GO CANES!!!!

That was impressive. We have played FAMU plenty of times before and I can't remember us having that many for that game. Richt has the community fired up

I'm not doubting the people who were actually there saying it was almost full, but man it looked dull af and half empty on tv. Probably just people taking it easy for FAMU though.

I did hear the Color Analyst mention that Miami had "a pretty good crowd out there tonight". That was about it. Beat FSU, ND, and win the ACC, and all that nonsense will stop.

It will not. We just have to deal with it.

Good crowd. I had to doubletake. I left home late and assumed it would be no problem to drive into the lot and stroll into the stadium. Not even close. I misjudged by 15 or 20 thousand.

It was also not a late arriving crowd. Maybe people arrived early to get a look at the stadium. Not sure. Once I sat down at kickoff it was surprisingly full and didn't change appreciably.

Normally the Canes crowds are tardy to show, but the test for that will be a noon game, those **** noon games. Richt should be paid extra if he allows us to avoid noon games. Make everything prime time and relevant.

Man I used to love noon games in the OB, my mom called it the frying pan, but never missed a game. I guess couches and awnings are what's in now. Probably even have their own wifi hub in the next few years. Do they still play love shack and rock you like a hurricanes 15 times before kickoff? Or did that die with the soldier boy song?

I'm guilty of avoiding noon games. Just too dang hot! Now ,with the new roof providing shade, gonna give it another shot.
