VTech is trash/***. Prelimin weather shows cool/cold rain which means Pringle Brown fixin' to eat. We still smack our ******* up though, 36-9.
 
“We were finally having fun and the players were enjoying themselves” man that has been the kiss of death for us.

Look for us to come out slow and and stink up the field against V Tech. The real curse would be if the playoff committee rank us 10th this week. Then Mario Ball will return, Pringle will get no reps and like clock work, Lyle will come in and the offense stalls out.

Then we will switch back to MopesInsight.com

My nerves are bad and I can’t enjoy the moment..LOL
 
VT stinks. Their 2 backs are solid Hawkins and Steward. Green is a big receiver that Drones will heave it up to but they are cheeks. Worse than NCstate and a notch above Syracuse.

I think you misunderstood my point. VT under Beamer had some really bad teams from late 1980s through 1992. I remember they had walk-on from a small school starting at QB and a basketball player starting at WR. He had bad teams thanks to his predecessor and plus he had to overhaul his staff in the early 1990s, under orders from boosters and AD. It was a ShtShow yet they played UM tough at all times. Even the 1992 game at Blacksburg which I attended, top-ranked UM won by several TDs over a bad VT squad, but the home team kept playing hard. My point being, bad or good, they will not lay down for UM.

What I want to see is some play calling that keeps the defense on edge. Don't care if it's a couple of trick plays with a low chance of success.

Put question marks in the heads of future DCs.
 
Only team that can beat Miami is Miami. Their two losses were 100% on themselves.

Hopefully the are off social media and all this talk about Miami in the rankings. Kids need to be locked in same as coaches. Early start time on the road for just the second time all year for real. Let’s see if the learned anything from SMU game
 
What do I say? Last week I suggested to do the old game plan and keep it close in a completely sarcastic way. The team went the opposite route and dominated.

So I will say more of the same. Keep it simple. Keep it close. Run it up the middle. Throw a pick or two to keep them in it untill the very end. We don’t want to hurt their feelings.

At the '92 UMvsVT game in Blacksburg, my buddy and I were making the 7 hour return drive to Maryland when he realized he had left his wallet at a McDonald's near the campus. That same evening he got a call from a local who found the wallet and returned it to him intact with cash and credit cards.
We were impressed!
