there are some quick fixes though to get us at least respectable. Pick up a field goal kicker from juco, portal, women's soccer team, whatever. Hire a special teams coach.

Unacceptable coaching. He should have a routine and should be warming up. Not standing alone in a full on panic. I have NEVER seen anything like that before.

Manny was a lazy hire as many commented at the time. No search was done. We decided to pay a couple of million buyout for a first year head coach with everything to prove.

His staff hires are for the most part sub-par for Miami, his recruiting leaves much to be desired, and on game-day he isn't getting it done.

Elite coaches don't have all of the above occur. They just don't.
