It’s not a coach, it is Stephen Tulloch former NC state player who lives in the area. He was probably standing on the sidelines. Manny coached him back in the day and Tulloch loves Manny.

This year the overrated ACC team is us.. coming in at 14? to start the season and about to go 4-7. ******* yikes at manny and blake's resume.

UNC is likely worse. They beat us, sure. But they were 10th and still have their "Heisman candidate" at QB.
