Is there anyone out there that doesnt think the Canes can win this thing?

CBS Sports cover 3 podcast has Oregon, OSU and UGA as the 3 that can win it. They briefly discussed it on the last episode and just said they didn’t think Indiana had the depth to win 3 playoff games in a row.

Never thought we didn’t have a chance, but did think Texas AM was the best team in the SEC, until I really payed closer attention to them the last week or so.

More and more everyday this game looking a lot more winnable.

My biggest worry is the crowd. But some early stops and scores by us will shut all that down
I like its at noon...nightime would be scarier

I'm almost having a hard time seeing them lose. The O and D line will be the difference. The way the defense has been playing all year showed me they are built for this moment. A few hiccups in games they should have won, but the last 4 games were unlike anything we have seen in YEARS! I am picturing Mario with that trophy over his head in January. Will it into existence. LETS GO CANES!!!! :neonu:
there are tens of millions of people who think miami cannot win it all

the playoffs are 4 games, a 1/4 of a regular season if you make it to the end...If Miami comes out like they did vs Pitt, and has a similar dominant performance vs AtM....I'd say we caught momentum at just the right time of the year and LOOK TF OUT! Go Canes!

Probably agree with this. Our pitfalls may be straight up offensive playmakers

Based off the entire season, not just the final 4 games, yea I think we can beat anybody. But, taking the whole season into account, we could also lose to any team in our path.

Only time I'd personally feel legit worried is Carson vs Kirby. Our oline & especially rbs would have to level up that game to make it a uf kinda game.

Outside of that, I'm not simply happy to be in, I'm happy to be in because I think we can win.

Go rewatch the SMU game.

One more thing to add of importance for Miami

This team is rested. I mentioned in another post how this was a key for Miami after playing 7 games in a row. I still can't believe how stupid it was to give Miami 2 bye weeks in a 3-week span but I remembered what conference they play in so there is that. Good grief the is ACC is dumb.

mines is QBs who can run
Is this sarcasm? We've played 4+ mobile quarterbacks this year and not a single one has substantially hurt us with his legs. I know there's a narrative of struggling with mobile quarterbacks from past years but for this year at least, that narrative needs to die. Will he scramble for a few first downs? Most likely. But we've gone against Byrum Brown, Castellanos, Drones, Jennings, CJ Bailey, and Heintschel. Not all those guys are "duel threats" but they're all QBs that are mobile and capable of hurting defenses with their legs. I think most we've given up is 57 yards to Castellanos on 16 carries and most of that came when the game was already decided.

I'm not overly concerned about his legs and if Keionte is back I'm even less concerned.

It is inexplicable as to why the team ever comes out flat. Yet we have seen it. If Miami is firing on all cylinders, watch out.

No need to play scared. Switch it up and leave their DC guessing all game long.

Easier to prepare for a statue with our pass rush. That is why I prefer a statue so they can 100% get after it. And some mobile qbs extend drives castellanos did a few did but they did

I don't think it's unwarranted. Carr **** near mounted a comeback evading pressure & completing passes down field. I remember Drones & Heintschel doing the same at least a couple time apiece. With Concepcion on the receiving end those could be tds. You're right in that we've been night & day better against running qbs but I still see mobile qbs as cause for concern personally.
