Just curious. Not looking for another thread sh*tting on Gattis. I just want to know if this was normal or not.

hartline won't be calling the plays so lets not use him as an example

Jeff Scott when he was OC at Clemson?

Wasn’t Alex Golesh the Te coach?

Brennan Carrol?

Jeff’s dad… Brad Scott was the OC and OL coach at FSU and I’m biting my tongue with blood in my mouth while I say he was pretty good.

Mike McDaniel.

I think Detroit’s OC was the OL coach?

Was Chad Oshea miamis WR coach and Oc Flores’s first year?

A lot of guys are coaching TEs as OC now because it’s an easy position to dump on a GA/QC slappy.

Here’s one for ya. Gattis put- Arroyo in. Mucho smoke in coaching circles.

Joe Philbin, former awful Dolphins head coach was OL/OC for the Packers. Not sure if he was the playcaller.

He was not. He came up With the game plans. Another guy that hustled his way to a head coach position on the back of a HOF QB and a decent playcaller.

Mike McDaniel was pretty good calling plays for the first time at least until defenses figured him out.
