Is there an realistic OC that Miami could hire

You got to take the orange and green lenses off dude. Enos lost control of the team because they hated him. They hated him because he was was an authoritarian like Saban is. You dont go from your best offensive game of the year, most QB touchdowns in a game ever to losing to Duke, FIU and La Tech unless the TEAM is in a tail spin. This team beat the best teams they played and should have beaten Fl and lost to the teams that shouldnt have even been able to compete with them. You can focus on the Ls but those Ws explain the situation as much as the Ls do. This fantasy that the Oline is talented is pathetic. It was horrible last year and it was horrible this year. Our biggest recruits have turned into to the biggest flops. NO coach is going to look those guys and not think they could cost him his job after whats most likely going to be 1 year tryout.
You ignore the fact that a large contributing factor to the team hating Enos, and that has been confirmed by various people on here, as well as some info passed on by sports writers, is that the team felt Enos' scheme and playcalling was terrible. They didn't like the offense, they didn't feel comfortable in the offense. Now, I don't dispute for a second that there are a lot of divas and kids who don't put full effort, but that is not why Enos was fired. It was so bad that even announcers on t.v., which typically try to not trash coaches on air, were openly making comments about how our offense makes no sense, and how our playcalling and scheme hurts our offense and doesn't put them in position to succeed.

Yes and you also heard the kids could care less about studying the playbook. Now tell me when you have an authoritarian coach and your not putting in the work and your under performing, hows that going to go? I can tell you this he isnt going to bake you cookies. He is going to make your life miserable and your going to hate everything he does. The big difference I see form Richt and Enos is that Richt baked them cookies and only gave them what they proved they could take. He even said this himself many times. He kept it simple because they simply couldnt get it. Now you hear the new coach comes in and the kids dont want to learn the plays. LOL... OK lets get another coach in here that can teach these kids to care enough to learn an offense that could turn out to be millions for them. You know why Miami has so many kids leave early that have no business doing it? Because their lack of success is always someone else's fault. Zero accountability. We have a few and you can tell who they are because they return and you can see them busting heads on the sideline, but they are far and few between.

Hopefully nobody comes & Manny calls plays on O lmao I wanna see a real **** show.

That majority fans would consider to be a great hire?

seems like no matter what candidate is mentioned, many think it would be a ****** hire

Fvck you if you say Brady

Dude, they could hire Bill ******* Belichick. If it was Blake James who made the hire, I would know with 100% confidence that it would not work out.

im sure others have mentioned it, but lashlee would be a good hire, very good. realistic or not, another story and not sure

It’s the weak South Florida mentality. Miami kids are soft.

It’s why we throw snowballs on the sidelines in El Paso, wear long sleeves in Orlando, and eat snickers bars after a loss.

Richt - a proven winner at Georgia - walked away from millions of dollars here because he knew he couldn’t win with these players.

The best thing a coach can do with SFL players is not surround them with other SFL players. You must break them from the illusion of entitlement that they plagued with. When they are together they feed off of each other. The players that Miami wants who end up going to teams where they are not surrounded by other SFL players are the ones that succeed most often.
