Is the Eligibility Chart correct?

We have 83 players on scholarship? So essentially we have a full roster now. I wonder how long it has been...

we have 81. It literally says how many we have in the pic I posted.
So we're still not full yet. and I doubt we will be after the 2019 class either.
 
so.... 17, plus the 5 leaving early (Homer, Richards, Jackson, Quarterman and Pinckney) gives us 25 available ships without any additional attrition. That's knowing we will lose a few more for other reasons. This 2019 class should be 25-28 HOPEFULLY.
