Is Stanford Actually Good?

They are not, FSU is just not good at all.

Stanford was afraid to throw with the new QB once he came in.

I am being sarcastic but believe Mario's response will be to double down and repeat.

Too early prediction: Miami 34, Stanford 6
 
They are not good and on top of that their starting QB,RB and a guard went out last night and I don’t think they returned. Also a DB will be out the first half of our game because of targeting.

FWIW, they should be without that safety for the first half v us. Can’t hurt being they cannot have much depth.

This absolutely HAS to be a stress-free get right game. Stanford is coming across the country, they'll probably be starting the backup, Elijah Brown, and they do not have a defensive lineman who weighs even 300 pounds.

Please do not make me have a heart attack next weekend, Mario!

Exactly. The delusion in this place is amazing.

Also something else to consider while people do the whole “herp derp Stanford sucks.” We ******* have lost to MTSU under Mario. Literally there are no safe games as long as he is the head coach.

Despite the number of upsets, medical journals, scientists, and even players that have proven that traveling to different time zones absolutely effects performance; people still believe it doesn’t exist.

Athlete’s margin for performance is so small that most people don’t realize what even a 3 percent loss in performance capacity can do.
This includes strength, perception, reaction time, explosiveness and even vO2 max.

Athletes will train for months and pay coaches thousands of dollars for that 2-3 percent improvement. And it can all be lost because you’re playing a game at midnight instead of 8pm in a totally different time zone.

I know some people who get paid to cull out hogs. When they have to travel they give their dogs 48hrs to rest in a new time zone. They said the dogs don’t perform well if they don’t t rest after traveling to another time zone.

No, but come out flat and Miami will have a tough time. Focus on fundamentals and they should be OK.
