Mr. Bean is actually a smart guy in real life. Therefore he knows not to come to this chitshow. Personally, at this point, pulling the plug may be the best solution.

This. At this point, just hiring an OC won’t be enough. It will need to be a splash hire...someone who can generate some positive energy around this program again.

Nope. His system has worked since the 30’s. His players can’t execute...all their faults. His new recruits will prove that...oh wait, there aren’t any...they all bailed. I guess they’re as stupid as us fans who know nothing.

He better. It's obvious there are issues offensively. Any real coach will make changes swiftly. Any real coach is constantly trying to improve his staff around him. If he doesn't then Miami just isn't the place for this guy.
 
No. He made sure to hire friends and family who will reciprocate his unwarranted loyalty to them. He has his scapegoat Malik Rosier on the way out. He has no reason to change anything. He just needs less selfish cancers in the locker room and guys who love Miami.
