Is Richt going to make any staff changes?

If he were, he would have done something by now, right? You don’t let your ****** OL coach and your son continue to go out and recruit and be the target of massive negative recruiting if you aren’t keeping them around, right?

Golden had a slim chance to turn things around at the end of his 3rd year too, and did absolutely nothing. That was the real end of his tenure at Miami even though he lasted another year and a half. Would be pretty amazing if Richt fell victim to the exact same circumstances.

Except, year 2 Miami played in the ACCCG and the Orange Bowl, finished 10-3, was coming off of a previous season that won a bowl game.

So, yeah the Golden vs Richt comparison is legit.

This freaking offense has been uncertain all year. This style of offense is called the uncertain spread, uncertain RPO, uncertain Clap Pro style...bowl game is irrelevant. Teams were dismissing people right after the season. The big names are most likely off the table and we'd be settling for scraps that will give us the same results. Mork sleepy *** Richt needed to make his move early on. I don't see any changes coming. Like Rosier, he'll wait until the house has almost burnt down before he makes a change.

We are already operating at probation level scholarship numbers. Waiting until after the bowl to do anything, will likely result in devastatingly low scholarship numbers.

I’m quite sure you think so. But it ain’t. And I listed the reasons above. Name a program that doesn’t have a “step back” year. All programs go through it including programs run by Saban and Meyer.

I think richt is awful and will fail. Is failing. But you asked why he might not make a change before the bowl game, amd I answered you. If you imagine yourself in his shoes, it’s not hard to see. Now, he may well make no changes after the bowl game, either. But right now, I expect he’s trying to figure out how to put up a W to help the final recruiting push.
 
I heard Richt is looking for a better-versed Bible Study Leader...
