2-was for kicking. Donte Lucas’ helmet which had come off during a play

if a player gets 2 unsportsmanlike penalties they are thrown out of that game. It only impacts that game.

Targeting is different. If you get thrown out for targeting in the first half you also sit the second half and your penalty is paid. If the targeting foul occurs in the second half, like Gurvan Halls, you miss that half and the first half of the next game...Clemson in Gurvan case.
