Let's be real, if the ACC had a tiebreaker that actually makes sense, we win ACC last year. In fact, if the ACC used the same tiebreakers as the SEC, that would have happened. And we will win it again this year.

Yes and no. They updated how they're going to break ties, because teams don't play the same number of conference games this year. Some teams play 9 ACC games, others play 8.

But they didn't finalize exactly how they're going to avoid what happened last year yet. Phillips said at the ACC meetings he's pitching the other leagues to come up with a uniform policy throughout every conference. I'm sure they're laughing him out of the room because LOL ACC, but that's where they are. He said he expects it to be finalized before the season, whether just for the ACC or if they're able to agree on a policy across all the leagues.

So we don't know exactly how it'll work just yet. Which is very much on brand for this league.
 
I will take the L. But, I didn't want Mario. There I admit it. Clearly I was wrong. He [and this wealthy supporters] have created a very talented and deep roster. He has admitted errors and fixed them. I am very excited about the next few seasons. I like being everyone's target. I fully expect some ACC hardware and multiple playoff appearances. Yes, I am hoping for number 6 and 7*

Forgot about the 8 versus 9 game schedule. If it comes down to a tie breaker for a team that played 8 games and a team that played 9, then all **** will break loose.

We've always been the hunted. Maybe even more so when we were down because there was blood in the water.
