He enrolled in January 2017. If he stays at Ohio Taint until May 2019, it will be 2.5 academic years (3 spring semesters, 2 fall semesters). In addition, he could have taken courses over 2 summer sessions, plus have college credit from high school coursework (dual enrollment, Advanced Placement, etc.). There are also CLEP tests that can be taken.
You have to remember that NORMAL college students are usually able to graduate in 4 years without taking summer classes (15 credits per semester for 8 non-summer semesters).
He already figured out how to graduate HS early (Bishop Gorman did not allow early graduation).
It's very possible that Tate has been figuring out how to crack this nut for a while.
