Why do we keep running between the tackles when teams constantly will be shooting the gap or if our center gets beat off the ball these run plays have no chance. What’s the point of recruiting guys with speed? I understand wanting to play a certain way but if you can’t due to a defensive scheme or talent on the other side there has to be ways to adjust. One dimensional offense is a recipe for disaster with Beck who can’t create plays himself like Ward. Trying the same thing over and over and hoping it changes is just crazy to me.
