I know we only have 7 more spots to last us for the next 7 months, but is it really too much to hope for another couple of verbals this month?

Seems like a number of kids are justabouttocommit, so it would be nice to get some good news soon.

I think the short term should be getting Garcia, Smith, Davis, and Kinchens. The remaining targets are going into the season most likely. Go get those 4.

They'll take more than 7 more kids.

We just got a big one last weekend. Kinchens hopefully in 3 weeks. Then start beating the brakes off some teams in the fall and you'll get a lot more traction.

Ok so like when did it become a solid rule that you can’t have more than 25 kids sign? Last year Penn state signed 27 and so did a few others. It’s the 85 scholarship limit that matters so it really only depends on how many leave compared to how many come in. We also could drop some players cause we have a lot of 3 stars that we could out recruit clearly

No sir. It's 25 per calendar year including transfers, etc.

If Penn signed 27 it's because they had 2 count back to the previous year. The 85 means nothing for signee counters.

If it were the 85 programs would be signing 50 kids a year and just cutting/overhauling rosters constantly.

You are wrong.

There are a thousand threads that discuss this issue.

Go do some research, Mr. 45 posts.
