Thank you...clearly they're the same thing. One coached Michigan State and L$U before Alabama with a National Title, the other in brilliant fashion, takes multiple chapters from the same playbook, engages the booster network and hires top notch coaching...

We hire cheap with as little experience as possible.

Much more readable than your previous porsts. You were able to make yourself understood, which is a marked improvement from your past efforts. Punctuation and comma use is still an obvious deficiency and needs improvement. Selecting the appropriate verb tense continues to be an issue. There is promise here, but you need to put the effort in.
