Is Devin H in our house?

I’ve seen Hester live as a Canes & Bears fan. He’s the most electrifying player I’ve seen in person sans Barry Sanders. When u have the opposing fan base cheering for u to do something special, that means u’re that guy. Deion Sanders called him Anytime, b/c any time he gets the ball, he can get to the end zone.

Hopefully this go round, the NFL stops ******** him over b/c of their politics on specialist. He’s the Greatest Returner in NFL history, breaking & holding several NFL records. How’s that not HOF worthy?
If Deion said it, it must be true!

if you change the game be cause you are that dominate then give the mother fcker his due. They literaly stopped kicking to him. Who was the last guy they just flat out said fck it im not kicking to him any more. And this fcker would still grab a kick and House it. We are probably taking all time return man that we might see. Like no fcking joke we might never see another player like him. You think another coach will see a player like his film and go ok no issues let's kick it to him. not going to happen.
The voters have all kinds of unwritten rules. It would not surprise me if they do not take him this year becasue they do not want accept too many Miami Hurricanes in one class. Its just the type of thing they would do.

He LOVES UM....Always rocking UM Gear. Spends countless hours with youth FB in West Orange Orlando. His Son Drayton is all that and more.
All facts… I’ve interacted with him a couple of times and he’ll go nonstop taliking about his flag football teams he coaches. And he’s always with his sons. Takes them everywhere.

Super personable… I was at a HS game watching a friend’s son with two other guys. Hester walks right up to us, said what’s up and immediately started talking football like we were all friends.

2 yrs ago while we we still in the hunt for Jayden Gibson (WR who signed with OU) I went to see if he was the goods for myself. He was…

That was also my first time seeing Trever Jackson and Jordan Castell (true freshman now starting for UiF) I liked Castell and hoped we jumped on his recruitment as he was dominant then as a sophomore.

Hester walks up and says the RB for West Orange (Jessie Shannon… not sure where or if he signed anywhere) was his nephew and moved him in with him to help him get better, wished he’d done it sooner. Like I said, transitioned talking about his boys, his flag football teams, their record… he seemed super passionate about it and specifically his son’s development.

Coaching his boys is clearly a priority for him right now. In the 20 or so mins he talked, it all football pretty much nonstop. What the teams were/weren’t doing on the field at the time. And what he does with the teams he coaches.

Your false report ****es me off OP. Been hoping Hester gets in..

Was at the Louisville game with my pops when he returned the 4th qtr punt. Stadium shook and my ears blacked out. One of the best moments being a fan.

What’s incredible was Hester’s 0-60 speed. Guy always looked like he was shot out of a cannon.
This is exactly what I was about to post. You beat me to it. Dude looked like he was shot out of a cannon. 0-60 with incredible change of direction, and no loss of speed.

Coker really was a moron for not knowing how to get the ball in his hands more often. DH was a major problem.

When you’re the best at anything you deserve to be in Canton, that’s just my opinion. Even if Hester wasn’t a Cane my feelings would be the same. Mariano Rivera was the most dominant closer I ever saw, but some people feel a closer isn’t as impactful because they don’t pitch every night, or play every inning. Some people hate kickers, but are we going to argue that the greatest kicker doesn’t deserve to be in the Hall of Fame? If you’re the greatest to ever play your position you should be recognized, I don’t care what it is.
And Rivera I believe is the only unanimous first ballot inductee, go figure

The fact that Hester has one of the biggest/most memorable Super Bowl moments in history is often overlooked. Critics love to shut the gate on guys getting into Canton on account of them not having a substantial Super Bowl moment. Aside from game winners, Devin's TD to open the game (and don't forget Reggie Wayne responded right after for Indy [I'ld like to see another program make a statement like that]) was one of the biggest ever.

It’s certain players that are so special the youth wants to be like them, you couldn’t tell me I wasn’t hester while playing throwback tackle in my homies backyard lol.

Hope he and other canes get the nod this year
