Is Deshaun Watson Elite?

He has never had a game winning drive, he didn't really play well vs notre dame in a big primetime game, and he failed to beat fsu as a true frosh.

Just like kaaya he had chances late in the 4th and overtime and he couldn't do it.

And just like kaaya everybody always talk about how great he is.

So is he elite?

That kid is elite. Just needs to get and stay healthy. He has loads of potential just like Kaaya. I also like Clemson's offense last year better than this year...

Only when he plays vs Gorlden and Doritos.

He's a good player, Kaaya is a better QB and will be drafted much higher.

Also Clemson is not as great as everybody seem to believe. I have a feeling the Clemson vs FSU game might be similar to the UGA vs Bama game. Everybody projecting them to beat the normal favorite FSU because FSU not as good as previous seasons. Then FSU remind everybody that they still have more talent than Clemson and whoop that ***. Also I wouldnt be so quick to predict Clemson to win Miami in Miami. Miami is more talented with a garbage coach. Watson is not Dalvin Cook. If Miami play at the level they played last weekend, winning Clemson in Miami is possible even with Golden running the show.
 
Kaayas on the way to becoming elite. Honestly there are no elite qbs in football IMO this year. A lot of very good ones though, kaaya is definitely top 10 and is on the cusp of becoming elite. He threw for 405 yards 3tds 0 ints against Fsu with no blocking and getting hit **** near every play, no running game and against a defense that was dropping 8 in coverage for most of the game. That's elite
 
I thought ND was the better team when they played Clemson. Clemson is a good not great team, they'll kill us of course, but they're not a great team.

If he is not elite, then WHO IS?

The guy has only really played in 13 games, but 2 of those he played about a quarter in, so about 11 full games in his career.

He is: 182/266 68% completion percentage/2,456 yards/25 TD's/7 INT'S

108 rushes/402 yards/6 TD's

He is coming off an ACL tear last year, so he should only get better as the season goes along, and he lost his #1 WR and best deep threat ALL ACC Mike Williams in the first game, that probably is out for the season.

Your telling me a Goldie coached team can beat Clemson? OUR offense against a top 5 D in the country? Doritos trying to stop Deshaun Watson?
 
definitely an elite athlete playing qb but i wouldn't call him an elite qb. in college that doesn't matter as much. examples: tebow, vince young, and nick marshall to name a few.
