And it's this kind of crap that has me doubt Carson Beck will be locked and loaded as our QB #1 this year. Dude has already had 2 cars stolen, now a blowup fight with his girlfriend...not what you want from your QB. And oh yeah, he still is recovering from major arm surgery

Well, considering the dude hasn't thrown a pass in spring ball because of his injured arm, has had 2 cars stolen, and now a major blowout fight with his girlfriend, who supposedly was a big reason he came to Miami, you should be concerned. This dude is off to a bad start, and if he fails, Miami football fails. Doing dumb **** on Snapchat or whatever, speaks volumes to his lack of maturity. But keep on telling yourself **** like this doesn't matter and he'll be great as our QB

Ask yourself this though: Do you feel more confident going into next season with Beck as our QB, or Emory? To me it’s a no brainer. Some in our fanbase want to keep comparing him to Cam which is stupid. If Hetherman improves the D like we hope we just need Beck to be as good as he was in 23’ and that will more than suffice.

it sounds a lot worse than it is - the cars being stolen weren't his fault and his g/f and her sister are media whores. these are the type of people who take a pretty normal event in the life of a 22 year old and make it into national news because of their millions of followers. what I would like to see ideally is he stays broken up with her and whatever he does relationship wise going forward he does privately.
