randy shannon was really that bad... if this was a meyer to UF situation where there was tons of talent and the old coach just couldn't coach, it'd be a different story.. that wasn't the situation here.. now, in order to get better in CFB, you have to recruit, when you need TOP notch classes to make up for the randy sucking, that does get affected by "the cloud"... players have said that they didn't come here because of the uncertainty... again, that's just logic.. i'm not sure why logic is so absent on this board.

When you need to bring in talent, it does have some effect on that. The scheme of course doesn't help, but there's no magic scheme to make up for bad players.

Why is this defensive ranking more important than winning and losing? Why is this more important than beating FSU or winning the coastal?

We're currently 5-3 (2-2). We could win out and still not win the coastal...want to know why? Because we can't win games.
