I still can't believe the ND AD wasn't wise enough to foresee what kind of issues they'd have by requesting and agreeing to special treatment like they got in the MOU. It's just absolutely crazy to me that an AD of big time program would be so obtuse to believe that special treatment for just his program wouldn't put a huge target on their back and cause major issues. Are they really so blind and privileged they believed "well, everybody else will understand. We're Notre Dame!"

This is athletic competition. How can they dare ask for such special treatment? "If the committee ranks us at #12 and somebody else better than us at #11, we still get their spot and they have to go home."?!?! What kind of nonsense and entitlement is that?!?!

I’ve always hated ND for obvious reasons but never really interacted with their fan base until this season.

Pompous, arrogant, and delusional. My hatred for that fan base is on levels I didn’t know I could hate.

I had some dip**** arguing that ND should have been in over Miami because Carr had a higher passer rating than Beck from weeks 4-12 or some ass****ery like that. Mind boggling.

That's like the argument that a losing team is actually the better team because they gained more yardage.

Definitely an entitled fan base. I'm guessing you've been around a while also cause my hatred for nd far surpasses any other team and that includes fsu, osu, and the gater. The younger Canes fans don't get the **** those asshats used spew at our team and fan base. The gater has come pretty close in recent years but this season nd got it's second wind and is waaaay out front again. **** nd!

So I’m going out on a limb here and guess that this golden domer muhfucca, don’t know about us Miami fans. Miami fans ain’t scared of ****. We took the “Anytime, Anywhere, Any place” mantra of the old school canes… LITERALLY. We walk in your ****, chest out, looking for conflict. ****… we will kick each others asses …. after wins, lol. I’ve seen it. They better tread lightly, lol.
 
I genuinely can't wait to go up to South bend and beat the Domers in their own backyard. Old Cane football!! What's old is new again!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

It’s sickening man and it needs to be stopped. And teams, including Miami need to drop ND and refuse to schedule them if this MOU is effective. Imagine beating ND at the End of the year, having the same record as them and then getting jumped by them.

The gator comes close? For me, ND and UF are pretty evenly tied.

It's not discussed enough that the University of Florida (yes, the ACTUAL university, as what I am about to tell you was posted on its website for years) and its fanbase truly believe that 9/11 cost the Gators the 2001 championship. You read that right. They actually 100% believe that, if not for 9/11 and Bin Laden, they would have been the 2001 BCS National Champions.

But wait a second? You might ask. How can that be, when they didn't even play in the championship game? In fact, they didn't even play in the SEC Championship game? And didn't they also lose two games in the regular season that year, to Auburn and Tennessee?

That's right!

But you see, up until this current season, Tennessee and Florida has always played each other in Week 3, which during the 2001 season, was the weekend after 9/11. UF was heavily favored to win, but the game got rescheduled for 12/1 that year. Tennessee had some key injuries that would have impacted them in September, but they were healed up by the time the game was played in December.

The way the Gators tell it, if the game hadn't been rescheduled due to 9/11, they DEFINITELY would have beaten Tennessee, and then they would have gone on to the SEC Championship game. Of course, that means they DEFINITELY would have won the SEC Championship against LSU, then gone on to the Natty and easily beaten us.

Too bad Bin Laden ****ed it all up for them. :rolleyes:

I was in my teens in the 80s so the **** with nd stuck with me. I disliked the gater but they started ducking us and I kinda forgot about them. The domers are delusional as ****.. so is the gater but the domers are the worst. **** it.. I hate them both.
