Would like to go to the game, but cannot pay $100.00 per seat. Would you guys know if there is a chance I can buy tickets at the game for less.
Maybe a few minutes after the game starts.

I've gotten tickets for at least 50% off from him for years.

I get a real kick out of many of you. Teams like ND and VT are overrated but that's what the rest of the country is saying about us. The month of November will be the real test and certainly we remember what happened last year. According to the polls TODAY, we haven't beaten a ranked team in the top 25. Therefore most of the country believes we are not contenders. I certainly believe we have a shot at running the table. Please don't say these teams are overrated because we should then HAMMER both of them. The reality is both contests like many we've had lately will be a tossup. If we don't bring our A game to both contests will might have mental breakdown on this site. Just think, we had 4 interceptions last week and the game came down to the last minute or so. As so profoundly said by CMR, "we cannot impose our will on other teams." Translation is we are good to win but we are not where we need to a true contender with a chance to beat Alabama.

For us, the ND game will come down to stopping their physical run game. If we do that well, we'll win the game.

15 posts???

This doesn't feel right.

Considering we have guys talking about CFP appearances and blowing out ever team we've played.. I don't see what the big deal is with their fans doing the same thing..

You have all the Alumni calling these kids about what I call a feud that never dies Hatfield and the MCcoys ring a bell. Fans and players. We haven't beaten them in a wild. Bigger than life stuff.

It’s like I posted on another thread: take care of your business with UNC and beat VaTech here at home, and I guarandamnteeya all that Catholics vs. Convicts stuff from the ‘88 game will come roaring back with a vengeance. Media will start the Hype Train Sunday morning after the polls come out showing ND ahead of us.

If we’re undefeated going into that game it’ll be the best crowd you can ask for.

Hopefully not too many ND fans show up. I feel like they travel well, but we need the city of Miami to show out for this one.

Checked ND's site and their tickets are already sold out.

...StubHub has tickets, but they aint cheap.

Notre Lame fans are everywhere. They are kind of like America's CFB team, and whenever they are good, their fan base increases exponentially overnight. It's really ******* annoying. They're the kind of fans who don't really watch CFB and focus on the NFL but will tune in for the big Notre Lame games and be their loudest, most obnoxious supporters.

They definitely are America's (can do no wrong) team... it's sickening. They have a lifetime primetime network contract based on their sainthood status. There is absolutely no other NCAA team that I hate as much as ND. On 11/11 we can't have mercy on these SOB's. Let's play like Convicts again and kick the crap out of the Irish!

I see some people trying to downplay this game.

I just shake my head at that. They have had our number lately and it bugs the ever living sh it out if me.

It's fuggin ND vs us. Do you not know our history?

Anyhow, they look good. They should be in la la land. If we stomped USC the way they did, we would be right there with them in expectations. Their only loss, a one point defeat to an UGA team that has been on a tear.

Final note, $&%@ those leprechauns.

We can't start thinking about ND and we first beat UNC. We can't start thinking about ND until we first beat VT. One game at a time, boys.

Oh we can definitely contemplate kicking ND butt weeks before it happens. I trust that our coaches and players can stay focused on the job at hand and still be able to say FVCK the Irish.

No doubt that you can get a cheap ticket just before the game, especially if it's just one ticket. Just be ready to fight off scalpers to get it.

Much more important to beat VT. Forget about ND right now.

You sound like broken record one day a time , We win our Conference. But let's say we lose ...ND would be in effect the game to come next. They are now media darlings . No matter the signifgance ov VT. IT' the conflicts and the Catholics all bright to since Miami is getting back to being relevant. Clearly a personal scnerio always see to develop into fights on the field fights in the stands. Welcome to South Florida We are waitng for you.

The Irish likes to run with their stars, but QB keeps can ruin there season pretty fast vs out front. Clemson and Dame will be our coming out party.

The team is building toward a complete performance and I hope it comes soon. People don't like the way we win but, if you watch the games closely , we're building depth and getting better each week.

I know we have been a little giddy about things but Irish posters feel like they their team is the second coming now. One poster refers to this current team similar to the 88' Cathlics vs Convicts team. I really can't remember any ND team coming to Miami and winning much. They still have to get thru us . This will be the biggest game where the City of Miami will create a demand for tickets not seen for many years.

We beat Va Tech and that game will be pure insanity.

Man I hope this is the case, I'm making the trip down from ATL with my son, his first Miami game in Miami. The stadium will be absolutely nuts if we're undefeated and they have only one loss.

Tell me about it.

I paid WAY more than I wanted to, but I have my seat in the WEZ.

As for Notre Dame in general; **** 'em. Hypocrites. Snobs. More importantly, year in and year out, they are the definition of OVERRATED.

I would love nothing more than to watch our guys beat them to a bloody pulp live and in color.

If they think that they can come to our house and run through us, they got another thing coming.

Bring it.

This should be the first time you might get real nostalgic. The WEZ gonna be the WEZ again.

My stepfather would tell me stories about the old OB. In the student section, a young guy was wearing a gators jersey.

Two or three men came down and forcibly removed the shirt and tore it to shreds to the cheers of the students.

Cant wait. :)

The OB was great. WEZ had serious people in it going back to the Dolphins glory days of the Perfect Season. There was always a butt kicking about to happen. So loud we got penalized for delay of game once.

It did not get any calmer once the Canes rose to power. I was rich ***** by then with 50 yard line season ticket seats but for the big games I would almost always switch with buddies for seats in the WEZ were my Fins' seats use to be. It was always more fun there. The OB was more about CREATURES than creature comfort. Just getting to the Bowl got you ready to be ready for action unless you were candy and paid to park.

The only way we change the narrative is to play better, we can't continue to play two different games each week and expect them not to question our validity.
If we don't hammer UNC then everyone will pick VT,it's just the way it is. We need to take out UNC with authority and them play a complete game and beat VT, then the tune will change.
When the first thing out of your HC's mouth after the game is about inconsistency, you can't expect less from the media.
