He sounds like a guy I'd like to have a beer with, not a guy I'd want to take a hill with. He's thoughtful but not inspiring. And also not a fast thinker, which is one of the first traits I look for in a coordinator. But I'm biased. I didn't like the hire and really didn't like his style or decision making last season.
