When our Canes get humiliated by La Tech, Manuela will come to the podium and say, "look at all the young players, athletes who didn't start, that recieved playing time today. A good jumping off point headed into Spring ball...."

Watch.

Predictions:

Martell will not play.
Matocha will not play.
Not expecting anything from Lingard.
Payton will not play imo.
Hodges will play while Jordan rests.
Campbell gets a full game at LG.
Harvey and Blissett will get limited snaps.
Hunte and Holley will not play.
Brooks will play a lot but Joyner won't.
Keontra will not play.
Couch and Williams will play specials only.

Manny will spin in any outcome.
The major point will be his decisions after the game regarding staff, plans for 2020, and the portal. These parameters will force him to realize that this may be his last year, and winning is not an option, it is a necessity for the Cane program.

So sad that you are probably 100% correct.

I just cant see how this team will be properly motivated or prepared to win this game over these holidays. Like how is that even a possibility. I would be shocked if they came out motivated to play hard and smart.
Manny as a good politician has already planned his post game conference for all possibly outcomes. Trust me he knows all instances where a team that is good now lost a low tier bowl game and will compare the 2.

Was already reported Payton and Keontra won't play to preserve their red shirt.

Great. So if it's all spin city, why do y'all act like a bunch of lunatics that hang on every little word of coach-speak. You know what's gonna be said and that it's meaningless—yet still overanalyze every facet of it.

Fifth head coach in 14 seasons for a program that was 97-71 between the 2005 Peach and 2018 Pinstripe—and 7-9 after that 10-0 miracle start in 2017.

One Coastal title in 16 tries and never won the ACC, yet brought on to give the basketball conference some football prestige.

Diaz failed epically this season with this 6-6 run—0-3 after bye weeks and first program in four decades to lose three games in one season as a double-digit favorite.

That said, it was his first year as a head coach and the guy made the type of rookie mistakes that first-time guys can make. So it goes. He'll either get it turned around, or he'll be gone in 2-3 years.

Regardless, nitpicking coach-speak and getting worked up at this level is as laughable as donating to GoFundMe campaigns for billboards or banners, as if that's gonna make a **** of difference.

Is LA Tech considering this game a “scrimmage”? I bet they read that and it just added fuel to the fire.

With this coaching staff’s record after the bye week, I have a feeling that after 3+ weeks off, it will be a scrimmage for LA Tech. I have honestly lost faith in the coaching staff and it pains me to see this once great football program wonder around like it is lost in the desert.

Canes are favored by 6, OP. If you believe what you posted then this might be a good money making opportunity for you.

I consider this game a glorified scrimmage. Manny can spin whatever happens any way he wants. Fans will also spin whatever happens to fit their pre-determined opinions.

Nothing new, and nobody’s mind will be changed.

Every post of yours is like it's straight from a template.

[Tell poster to go *** themselves]

[State Miami has sucked for 15 years and the ACC coastal sucks (with record to support) ]

[Tell Miami fans their expectations are too high]

Win or not this should be about playing guys battling for next season. Game doesn't mean ****.

That would be the truth.... and it's exactly what the team needs is a live-game scrimmage for the young guys and for Tate to show what he has...

WHO gives a *** about winning the Toilet Bowl?
