I think He can be a great playcaller, just got to sure up on 3rd and short/redzone and stop with some formations that he loves to use

I think I can be a great NBA center. Just need to grow 10 inches and gain athleticism and stop being terrible with the shooting mechanics I love to use.

Well, if you are the Best F1 Driver and switch teams but was given a Yugo to drive, you can see how that would be a problem. Enos was given a Yugo type OL to start. Let's give it some time for the Yugo to get some upgrades, then maybe we can do better.
His hand picked OL Coach doesn't seem to be improving things though. Communication on the Oline is awful.

I think he's a stubborn play caller.

He clearly goes into games thinking "well this should work in this situation", but then fails to adjust for the Oline being horrendous. If he could swallow his ego a little he'd go far.

Enos is the OC, but even him can't be blamed for the horrible line play. Sure, he could call some better plays - but the O-line is the reason we are struggling. Even mediocre line play has us at 5-1 or better.

If you only start calling OL protective plays that makes []__[] pretty limited and easy to figure out. You're always battling the defense and what they want to do on any given down, so naturally they're going to win some plays throughout the game. QBs need to hit the long ball--that's our biggest issue. We are undefeated if these kids are more accurate on deep passes.
