Interesting hire for auburn

The most interesting part, to me, is his clear push to get Boise into another conference. I wonder if they back off that plan now.

Straight with who? An empanada salesman masquerading as a coach who lost to FIU and can't beat a team with a pulse? Only this fanbase would turn down one of the best coaches in America because they feel he doesn't "fit." SMH.
"One of the best coaches in America"?...based on what?...based on the fact that YOU THINK that He built Boise into a powerhouse? LOL!!! Nahhhhh buddy, Boise was winning loooooong before He got there, see Dirk Koetter & Dan Hawkins. BTW, Hawkins & Koetter FAILED at their subsequent stops. And I'm not impressed by what Petersen did at UW, Pac-12 ain't big boy football.

And why does Diaz have to be an "empanada salesman"?...you know what, if He fails, I hope they hire Cristobal, I'd love to hear what you call Him LOL.

Okay. You're not impressed with him. I'm sure that counts for everything. My issue is, you're talking like he wouldn't be an upgrade over what we have now. That's ridiculous. He ain't Saban or Meyer but stop acting like we have some good coach who is not preventing the program from reaching the next level. If King leaves, you'll see what this lipsy, pastalito salesman is all about. Id take Cristobal for the record, at least he isn't an FSU grad and has actually won something.

Haha, wow. He made the playoffs at WASHINGTON and played Bama very well with FAAAAAAR less talent. No offense but this is a horrible take.

Boise State pretty clearly took a step back under Harsin. I’m not that impressed with him.

These are the hires that no one thinks are great and then they prove everyone wrong lol. Not expecting much but wouldn't be surprised the way these things work sometimes.
