He coached Auburn against Bama and was the OC when Auburn went to the title game v FSU. Also the man came in with covid, no spring practice, implementing offense on zoom, quarantining every minute of the season etc.
 
'Bama will bring their **** and we'll bring ours. But we got something they can't eat. D'Erick. Ain't no scheme in the world gonna stop the man in this game. Mobile QB's have killed us over the years. And King is probably better than anyone not named Mike in the past 20 years as a mobile QB. And you know he knows the offense in his sleep. The big, big question is can we stop the run and make the rookie earn first downs? We are going to get ours. Can 'Bama come from behind with the frosh to win against us with our ears peeled back? They may have to if we stop the run.
 
I’m sure their offense is gonna look fine but Saban isn’t releasing false info to throw Manny Diaz off his scent.

I will die on this hill but that was 6 and 8's worst game. We gave them a ton of chances and they caught ZERO deep passes. This allowed Clemson to keep 9 in the box.
There is nothing you can do against a 9man box when your receivers go 0 for 10 on deep vs 1on1 coverage.
Lashlee still could have done more but that killed the offense.

yea i think we have a hard time also. You saw how easily Clemson slowed us down. And bama looks alot better on D. I hope we go there to win. Meaning like when Jimmy might onside kick when not expected. That we go for some 4th downs. Go to win it.

Watch the corners. If the refs let them grab and hold at the LOS, as is typical with them, it's going to be a really long game for us. If they call it even every now and then, I like our chances - assuming Zion is back.
