What I heard was the NIL contract communicated that CM receive first payment once he enrolled at school but family thought it was once they signed NLI. Once that was known mother tried to have the payment moved up but apparently we wouldn’t do that as we had to comply under state of Florida NIL law but Colorado had more flexibility with the ability to pay him immediately and the mother pushed him to Deion for the quicker bag.
Lew knew the degree programs when he committed. While a reason it’s more like an excuse at the end than a reason. If that’s why he initially wouldn’t have chosen Miami, ok. But in this case it’s more justification after the fact.
