Insight per Michael Irvin..

yeah but that 'family' better have a certain amount of talent and ability

Everyone gets along easier when you are winning. It’s a lot of things so pointing family out is just smoke. Too many pieces in that machine to count on one thing. A QB who can complete at least 60% will be a start.

When you MIX a stimulant and an opioid base type. One thinks he or she can conquer the world. I'm not suggesting that in the case of mike. But that's what it seems to be the case
Do we need to go full on heroin and meth, or can we just get em scripts for oxy and adderall?

I feel Michael on the family part. I believe during his time it was easier for that bond, these days it seems everyone is trending to be isolated, which is something the team will have to combat without falling therapy those pressures of being individualistic. Itll take tough hard leaders but can be done, to form that bond. Thoughts?

Love Playmaker - couldnt be more wrong - you win by having
- one or two guys that become HOF'ers
- few other guys that are All Pro in the NFL
- few more that start in the NFL
- and finally a few other JAGs who get singe coverage

Irving is correct. It’s not sufficient but the right individuals with this mindset can do more than their god given “talents”

Any of you ever been a part of something where you’d rather suffer than let your team down? It could be sports, military or work, but when you are bonded like family you’d endure a lot of **** to achieve the objective. When you are in that grove you can accomplish great things.

Funny. Keyboard heroes telling a man with Rings(college & Pro) a yellow blazer and a bust in the HOF he’s wrong about what made those teams champions. That’s the interweb for you.

Go Canes!
What. Repeat those words. You referring to WHAT

That's certainly a sentiment I think we can all appreciate, but the talent on those teams was undeniable-- multiple NFL HOFs-- and many of those coaches had long and highly productive NFL tenures.

If everything else is equal, it might put one team over another.
Pretty much... Intangibles are things that matter after the tangibles bases are covered. This is a guy who played on some of the most talented CFB and NFL teams ever. Those Cowboy teams didn’t win because they had family like chemistry, they won because they had a top 5 all time RB with an OL that could clear holes for a Mac truck to drive through. A HOF QB, himself at WR and a very good FB and TE. That’s just the offense. How many more countless All Pros and HOFers on defense?
