Michael Irvin on "First Take" describes what it took for the teams he played on to win championships. Effectively he said it wasn't talent, it wasn't schemes, it isn't coaches....it is simply being family.

I think he is right, that camaraderie and unity makes for high caliber play at all levels. That attitude I cannot let down my brother means a lot and he might be describing the Cane Thing, after all Jimmy took it to Dallas via ex-Canes.

And I am a believer in chemistry and camaraderie, it does matter, but you need talent, make no doubt about it. Just playing Sister Sledge after every practice and doing a Soul Train line as a team building activity, ain't enough
