Everyone says that about him. I have no idea if it’s true. He’s a young guy, kids seem to lime him, he seems to work hard. Our problem is we have had a staff full of bad recruiters and inexperienced coaches. I can’t say he’s worse than Rump or Banda, though Bamda seems a marginally better at recruiting than the other two.

15 of the top 25 recruiters are black. There is 10× as many white coaches on staff at Bama, Clemson, UGA etc yet it's the one black guy that's their top recruiter.

Kids know what program is consistently maxing out player potential and putting them in the show. Making it about race insults the intelligence of the kids and families making the decisions.

Manny is FROM Miami, but can’t recruit Miami inner city kids because he don’t relate to any of them. It’s got to be the most insane thing ever.

He never spent any time in their part of town, probably never had friends from those areas, and never played sports. He’s got nothing in common with them. All he’s got in his back pocket is “my dad took me to some games in the Orange Bowl back in the day”
