Manny is FROM Miami, but can’t recruit Miami inner city kids because he don’t relate to any of them. It’s got to be the most insane thing ever.

He never spent any time in their part of town, probably never had friends from those areas, and never played sports. He’s got nothing in common with them. All he’s got in his back pocket is “my dad took me to some games in the Orange Bowl back in the day”

Maybe 10% of all on field coaches in D1 are black yet every year they make up 50% or more of the top 25 recruiters. That's not a coincidence. U can try to limit it to S Fla but the fact is it's different when a black coach walks in a living room. The numbers back that up, clearly.
