Great news right there. Now we can all just continue to pray that Brown’s injury is just a hyperextended or severely bruised knee and he’s not done for the season. 🙏🏼

Ok I just saw a post saying Josh Moore is out for the season along with Marty brown. Is this confirmed ? (Moore not brown. I know browns done)

Mario is on radio apparently speaking about it.

Marcellin also out for a few weeks. Told y'all about the injuries, something spooked this team during the game.

Per Mario on the Joe Rose Show this morning, Josh Moore out for the season.
 
I can’t believe the amount of injuries this team has after playing 2 ACC teams and famu. And it’s not like we can pound the rock and shorten games like last year.

We’re loaded at receiver and running back but guess what we said the same about corner and look at our all American safety having to play corner and a true freshman playing 68 snaps to fill in. There’s no sugar coating this it ain’t good.

This team is banged up

Not sure what happened with Moore, it may have happened on the final real drive around the 5 minute mark when he was blocking on the left side of the line. EDIT: Moore was in on the last running play at the 2 minute mark, just before we went into the victory formation. Weird.

As for Marcelin, he was in for Wake's last scoring drive. He was at the bottom of a tackle near the end of the third quarter, then I didn't see him on the scoring play at the beginning of the fourth quarter.

With the lower body stuff, yes.

I just checked, Moore was still in the game with about 5 minutes to go when he was blocking and there was a bit of a pile-up.

But it also points out why we need to go for the knockout punches earlier and bigger. If we have 4 more points at the end of the first half, is Wake Forest scrapping as hard late in the game?

I realize that the missed FG came just after this point with Josh Moore, but you never know when an injury could happen. Regardless of how strong the kicker's leg is, the trajectory on a 54 yarder is lower and it is easier to block. ****, the guy who blocked that FG was NOT the guy who jumped the highest, it was a different guy who basically put his hand up and got the ball.

**** analytics, we need to pour it on every time and finish these games early and with fewer injuries.

I'm searching my memory banks, I can't remember a game in which more guys were hurt than this one.
 
Need to refuse to play teams if the game is on artificial turf. Refuse OOC games unless they’ll agree to play on grass. If it’s conference send the medical bills to the ACC. I mean who has artificial turf anymore in an open air stadium.
