Injury Report News?

Unless they go four wide, you’re correct.

Indiana should view this game like we do every ACC game. If you score 30 you win. Idk why everyone assumes they’re gonna be ok slogging the game up, which is exactly what we’re best at. The game shifts in their favor the faster and more high scoring it gets.

Maybe Cignetti just believes they’re better and can win without any wrinkles or game plan changes. I just don’t know how you can watch both teams play and believe that.
If Mendoza goes 22 for 28 in this game with 300 yards and 3 TD’s, it wouldn’t shock me in slightest. I hope that’s not the case, but it’s a real possibility.

They’re a lot of people around here discounting how good this Indiana team is, and looking at the game through thick orange and green glasses.

Lucas has been good, wtf r u talking about. Just bc he didn’t step up to the plate against Jeremiah Smith doesn’t mean he hasn’t been good.
He has been good, but it’s clear to anyone that OJ and O’Connor have been our best Two cornerbacks during these playoffs. There’s no way you can disagree with that? And slime coming in and locking down his side of the field in his snaps has been pretty dang good too. People wonder why the cornerback from MSU transferred and the reason he did is because of Jabari Antoine.

Lake on the podcast said he THINKS OJ is only 50/50 and they are hoping for 5-10 first half snaps from him and Damari. If that’s the case…not great.

That’s completely false, he never said that about OJ. I literally just listened to the stupid podcast and all he said was that they’re hoping that they can get Damari going since OJ has also been dealing with that injury since Ohio State but as you can see, OJ is not on the injury report anymore and has been a full go practice.

Wrong. Go listen again. 11 minute mark. I have no idea what time of day they recorded yesterday but he said it. And guys are limited when off the injury report some times. I hope he’s wrong I’m just relaying what he said.

All I said Lucas has been good, I didn’t get into who has been our best corners. I would agree OJ and O’Connor has.

It’s not the end all, but if Damari doesn’t play will be missing some much needed size at corner for the 1st half. Indiana WRs aren’t small.

Offense has to be on their Ps and Qs the 1st half. Take time off the clock and put some points up.

I would take anything David Lake says with a grain of salt. They only see the first 10 minutes of practice and all the guys are doing in that time is jogging around a little bit. Come on man, it’s not like they’re actually seeing practice.

If we hold them to 50 yards rushing, Mendoza likely needs 300 and 3 TD. I could also see Miami rushing for 150, passing for 250, killing Indiana on Time of Possession leading to a 35-21 type of score.

No one says Indiana sucks. Heck, I’ve said they have NFL talent. I just don’t see Indiana with 3 top 100 picks at WR. Hemby at RB is a dang good player. The center and LT will play on Sundays.

Indiana needs their best game out of the RTs(they have 3). I don’t see their absolute best being good enough to stop 3&4 consistently. That alone helps cover up some of the perceived weakness for the Miami DBs.

Jaboree finna get thrown into the fire 😂😂
He played a bunch against Ole Miss a team that scared me more than this offense. Indiana scored 21 offensive points on turnovers against Oregon that covered about 35 yards total. If Oregon didn’t completely fall apart that is a close game. Everyone forgets that after the pick 6 Oregon drove 75 yards and tied it up. only to come back and turn it over another two times giving Indiana the ball about 5 yards out.

Absolutely, I see people post on here asking what happened to the MSU cornerback and I keep having to tell him, he transferred because of Jabari Antoine. Dude was smoking him in practice and has from what we’ve seen on the field. Been a Baller so far for us. I have no worries with that gentleman on the field. Not only does he cover the receivers like slime, he’s excellent in run Support too.

OJ is injured? I thought he was just sick?

Geez Miao going to be an able to field a defensive backfield?

Oregon gave up 4 turnovers (1 INT, 2 fumbles, 1 blocked punt). The IU offense needed 26 yards for 28 points. Miami can't turn it over twice and expect to win unless Miami creates two turnovers.

I posted what David lake said. A podcast you called stupid yet admitted to listening to anyway and misquoted.
