They need invest this 110 mil into whatever future stadium project is feasible. UM can't be tenants at SLS forever, they need to start making plans for an exit strategy.

Start slowly acquiring land now whether in Coral Gables or elsewhere. An investment now will look like chump change compared to when they get out of that ridiculously long stadium lease.

The cost of construction in miami is at least 25% higher than anywhere in the southeast so that IPF is going cost more like $25million and requier modification to the hecht.

That money goes to fund athletic scholarships. Keep in mind every scholarship athlete regardless of sport cost at minimum $250,000 over 4 years and if they redshirt add an additional $60k to that number. An as for football that cost goes up significantly now with the cost of living stipend, an unlimited training table. Then through in the roughly $10 million UM will most likely have to pay Al "big pimp'n" Golden as a severance.
