Some of you guys need to clue in. Just like a bunch of us said after the UVA game....there are major league problems with this team and Athletic Department.

Apologists and Mods who deleted some threads looking to get rid of Richt or make serious changes,(and I'm not talking about threads with inappropriate language or content) you are getting the upcoming season you deserve. This time next year we will be hiring a new coach and staff and hopefully an AD.

I'm hoping I'm wrong and this program recovers...QUICKLY

Here's hoping.

It's entirely possible that Richt changes nothing or even just very little and hangs his hat on:

1) improved QB & OL play, even if marginally, which itself would be a huge improvement
2) young kids who were playing too many meaningful snaps this year when they weren't ready who next season should begin to settle in with that experience
3) another soft schedule that his team will now not take for granted.

If those things happen and we go 10-2 or 11-1, what will the board angrily complain about then?

Yes. Those losses will be against teams they had no business losing to in the first place.

We're not going 10-2 or 11-1. It takes a competent staff to pull this off. And so far, this team's a mess.

All we need is a competent QB that is also hopefully a leader on and off the field.

CMR is a very good coach by any available metric.

There are what maybe 6 coaches right now with better records/Ships?

This **** takes time OP. You should probably wipe the sweat off your **** and cool down. Or name a better, sure thing coach that is also a.available and b. willing to come to Miami.

It's somewhat disconcerting you think this board has any effect on what happens in the real world.
Where you been the last 10 years?!! Noise get people fired whether you believe that or not! Ask Randy and Fat Al!! AD did nothing until the huge backlash from the fans!! I know you will dispute this in 1, 2, 3!!

The offenses problems are way deeper than that. Without schematic changes the O will continue to struggle against lesser teams, and lose to equal ones.

Lol after the VA game this dude and other apologists : when we win out and win the coastal what will you complain about? After losing to Bc : we can still win the coastal what will you complain about then ? After the GT loss: when we sign a great class what will you complain about then? After class is a disaster : when we go 10-2 or 11-1 next year what will you complain about then ?

Again, those problems were there last year. Defenses adjusted. We didn't. I suspect that won't be the case next year. But, if it is, then I'm sure changes will be forced upon Richt. I just don't see the value in determining certainties about things that are 9 months away from revealing themselves, but that's me.

Yes he very good. By any metric. Except for Ws and Ls. And also Every offensive metric there is.

Richt was a decent coach in his day, but the game has passed him by. That could all change tho, if he’s able to honestly evaluate himself.

He went unranked 4 out of his last 7 years at Georgia...never sniffed the title there in 15 years despite all the resources and sec money and top 10 classes yearly....1 top 20 offense in 18 years. Some People keep hyping up his resume for some reason
