Can anyone speak to how richt and/or Felder condition their teams during the year?

We have been historically bad the last six weeks of the season each of the past few years. Yes coaching has a part in that but gotta believe some of the blame would be due to conditioning

Usually banners are flown by that time and all momentum is detsroyed. Think us looking slugish at seasons end is more due to us sucking in the begining.

Felder runs a HIT lifting program that requires players to lift almost non-stop for 20-30 minutes 1-2 a week. During the season, time constraints due to classes, travel, practice... may limit that to once a week some weeks. Once a week will maintain their muscle mass but will not increase it.

Conditioning wise, they won't be doing much as the kids will get it during practice and game time.
